Lion’s Mane Mushroom Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter of your choice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Shroomcraft lion’s mane mushroom powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, lion’s mane mushroom powder, chia seeds, flaxseeds, dark chocolate chips, and dried cranberries. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
